Boxing in Konyaaltı
Boxing is the sport of footwork, distance and timing. Boxing classes in Antalya from fundamentals to advanced; first class free.

Boxing isn't just throwing punches; it's a sport built on footwork, distance control, head movement and timing. Because those fundamentals carry straight into Muay Thai, kickboxing and MMA, many athletes start with boxing.
At our boxing gym in Konyaaltı, classes begin with the correct mechanics of the straight punch, hook and uppercut. Technique settles through pad, bag and shadow work; defence and controlled sparring are added by level.
Boxing classes are led by Doğukan Siler: Turkey National Muay Thai Team Coach and Member of the Muay Thai Technical Committee for Minis and Juniors. Your group and pace are set together with the coach; technique is corrected one-on-one in every class.
