Titles and roles
- Turkey National Muay Thai Team Coach. Preparing athletes at national team level: technique, tactics and competition camps.
- Member of the Muay Thai Technical Committee for Minis and Juniors. A member of the committee within the Turkish Muay Thai Federation that sets the technical development standards for child and junior athletes.
What these two roles mean at F8 is concrete: in the adult groups, the technical discipline of national team preparation; in the kids' groups, expertise in age-appropriate programming. A 6-year-old's class and a 25-year-old athlete's class are taught by the same person, but with completely different content.
Coaching approach
Technique is corrected one-on-one in every class. Even in a group class, the coach holds the pads, fixes your stance and adapts the combination to the individual. Beginner and advanced groups are separate; nobody new is made to train with a group far ahead of them.
The order is always the same: technique first, then speed, power last. Power is the result of correct mechanics; the reverse produces injuries. Sparring is optional and only happens with members who are ready and want it, with protective gear. For athletes with competition goals, camp structure, weight management and fight tactics are planned separately.
Who he works with
- Complete beginners. Adults who have never done a combat sport; technical foundations from the first class to the first month.
- Kids and teens. The 6–9, 10–13 and 14–18 age groups; age-appropriate programming drawn from technical committee experience. Guide for parents.
- Conditioning and weight goals. A weekly routine that combines martial arts classes with functional training.
- Competition prep. Camp and fight preparation for amateur and professional Muay Thai, kickboxing and MMA athletes.
What happens in the first class
The first class is free, and it isn't a test but an introduction. The coach listens to your level and goal, watches how you move in the warm-up and pad work, and at the end of the class suggests the right group and time for you. You don't need to be fit, own gear or have a fighting background; sports clothes and water are enough. No appointment needed; message us on WhatsApp and come in.
