Muay Thai in Konyaaltı
Learn Thailand's national sport from the ground up in Antalya. A separate group for complete beginners; technique- and sparring-focused classes for the experienced.

Muay Thai is a stand-up martial art that combines punches, elbows, knees and kicks. Known as the art of eight limbs, it works the whole body and builds conditioning and coordination fast.
At our Muay Thai gym in Konyaaltı, classes are split by level. Beginners start with stance, distance and basic strikes; advanced students work on combinations, the clinch and controlled sparring. Every class has a warm-up, technique, pad work and a conditioning block.
Muay Thai classes are led by Doğukan Siler: Turkey National Muay Thai Team Coach and Member of the Muay Thai Technical Committee for Minis and Juniors. Your group and pace are set together with the coach; technique is corrected one-on-one in every class.
