Kickboxing in Konyaaltı
Kickboxing pairs boxing punches with kicks. High-tempo, technique-based kickboxing classes in Antalya; first class free.

Kickboxing combines punching and kicking techniques within stand-up fighting rules. It builds cardiovascular endurance, reflexes and body control at the same time, which is why people choose it for fitness as much as for competition.
At our kickboxing gym in Konyaaltı, correct stance and footwork come first; then punch-kick combinations, defence and counters. Sparring is only for members who are ready, and always controlled.
Kickboxing classes are led by Doğukan Siler: Turkey National Muay Thai Team Coach and Member of the Muay Thai Technical Committee for Minis and Juniors. Your group and pace are set together with the coach; technique is corrected one-on-one in every class.
